What you need

  • macOS 13 or later; Windows 11 x64 is a pre-release
  • 64-bit Python 3.11–3.13, FFmpeg / ffprobe, and Codex CLI
  • 16 GB memory and 20 GB free space recommended
  • yt-dlp and Deno for YouTube URLs
Data and external services

Source video, audio, transcripts, and finished MP4s stay on the computer. Candidate selection and natural-language editing send the minimum necessary text and settings through the buyer's own Codex login, so this is not a fully offline product.
